So zeigt sich mentale und emotionale Überforderung. 😵

Mein Körper schrie schon seit längerer Zeit,
Ich verstand ihn aber nicht.
Ich konnte die Punkte nicht verbinden.
Ich dachte, das wären Lappalien, die wieder gehen würden.

Und so saß ich nun dort vor der Krankenschwester mit meinem ersten Nervenzusammenbruch… und das mit 30 Jahren. 😳

Sie schrieb mich krank,
Die Symptome verschwanden,
Doch verstanden, was da geschehen war, hab ich erst viele Jahre später.

Have you experienced the power of your own breath?

It’s best noticed when you are stressed and have tense shoulders, maybe even raised them, jaw is clenching…

When you then simply change the rhythm of your breath and make the exhale longer than the inhale, your body automatically will relax.

Shoulders will drop.
Jaw unclenches.
Heart rate goes down.
Muscles relax and the body softens.

And that with your simple breath.

Try it next time you are standing in line at the supermarket or are having a (intense) conversation and notice the immediate shift.

En este taller de 2 horas utilizaremos la respiración circular y el movimiento somático para reconectar con el cuerpo.

En nuestro día a día acumulamos tensión, emociones no expresadas y estrés en el cuerpo sin darnos cuenta.

Solo notamos que el cuerpo se siente más cansado y rígido, la mente va a mil y no logramos descansar o dormir bien por la noche.

Pero cuando aprendemos a escuchar el cuerpo y a respirar de forma consciente, el cuerpo empieza a soltar de forma natural.

✨ From Being Washed Over by Emotions to Inner Peace & Clarity - My Story ✨

11 years ago, I thought being constantly washed over by emotions and feeling deeply while almost drowning was normal.

It felt good while the emotions were high, but it felt like hell when it went down and deep.

Only after a heartbreak right before Christmas, something started to stir within me asking questions.

Life COULD NOT BE like THIS.

And when I received another fake warning at work, it further catapulted my journey forward.

Things needed to change.

I was done with the repetitive cycles and constant overwhelm, especially when I realized that I was the ONLY COMMON DENOMINATOR in this all.

Soon from the beginning, I found a mentor who worked a lot with the body through movement, connecting with the heart and turning inwards, which got so many things rolling for me.

Through this, I realized that I was disconnected from my body, not feeling the messages it sent me and that I had built up walls around my heart and put on armour in order not to feel and get hurt.

And exactly this was what was causing a lot of the pain!

The next months, were intense, but they were a liberation.

JOY, LOVE, PEACE & ALIVENESS came back into my life and emotions turned into friends and stopped overwhelming me.

And NOW it’s YOUR TURN to experience the same and return back to your Self.
