✨ Just Be = Havoc ✨

When someone tells you to

🌸 Just be
🌸 Relax
🌸 Be still

And all you notice is

⚡️Your body tightening
⚡️Alarm bells going on
⚡️10.000 thoughts flooding your mind
⚡️You’re getting sick and overwhelmed

Then your system associates being still with DANGER. 🚨

It creates havoc to make sure you stay active.

Because this means you stay “safe”…. Apparently… 🤔

But this havoc is the actual danger.

Not being able to slow down and just be

‼️Keeps your nervous system in alert and all-time-stress
‼️Weakens your immune system
‼️Keeps you trapped in repetitive cycles
‼️Makes you choose unhealthy coping mechanisms over and over
‼️Has a toll on your emotional & mental well-being

The solution is to learn that being still is safe.

This learning process needs to happen on a cognitive AND bodily, emotional level in order to have lasting results.

✨ When Your Body Screams Danger ✨

How often have you wished you could just sit still for a moment?

Have a moment of peace & quiet?

Yet, when that moment comes, all you do is to distract yourself.

📌Pick up the phone.
📌Go to the fridge.
📌Rearrange the flower pots.
📌Play with your pet.

Because becoming still actually feels scary.

Because when you become still all your body does is sending messages to the brain screaming „Danger! Alert! Disrupt mission!“ ☢️

And off you go doing something again.

Even though your body is tired and exhausted.
Even though your mind is tired from all the thinking, planning, doing.

And no, there is nothing wrong with you and you don’t have to judge yourself for it. 🌸

It’s a normal reaction when it doesn’t feel safe to just be.

Because you have learnt it means you are lazy and therefore not worthy or stupid.

Because becoming still means, feelings come up and this feels uncomfortable, even painful and scary.

Of course, your body will scream danger. It wants to protect you.

But you can learn to feel safe. ❤️‍🩹

To feel safe within.

To feel safe in stillness.

Day by day.
Step by step.

And no, you don’t have to do it on your own.

✨ Why People Stay Stuck - Even After Deep Insight ✨

CBT, family constellation, hypnosis, etc. do tremendous work to help make the unconscious and subconscious conscious.

To bring light into areas which before just weren’t accessible.

However, conscious insight is not enough.

If the body is still bracing, tightening, or shutting down, because it perceives danger - it won’t feel safe to choose something different.

The body needs a visceral experience to understand and learn that it is safe to choose something else.

The knowing keeps you on a mental level.

But for you to move forward, it needs to be felt and understood on a bodily level.

That’s why I work with the nervous system directly, helping people feel instead of just understand.

Rewiring and reprogramming the nervous system to get out of the loop or the place of being stuck.

And that in a gentle and trauma-informed way to ensure that you move forward and upward.

Who would you be without that

⚡️shame, anger, sadness
⚡️chaos, overwhelm, sadness?

I invite you for a moment to imagine that ALL which is weighing HEAVY on you is GONE.

Who would you be?

Let’s take it a step further:

What would you do?

Or even further:

What would you no longer do or accept in your life?

Can you honestly answer that?
Do you have an idea of who that person is?

So often we hold on to the emotions and things that make our life challenging - and most of the time it’s happening unconsciously - because this is all that we know who we are.

It might not be easy, nor is it pleasant.

But it does give us - as crazy as it sounds - a sense of safety and control.

And no, I am not saying you chose this on purpose, nor is it your fault.
It was a coping mechanism to ensure you survive.

But what if you could choose differently now…?

My question for you again:

Who would you be?!?
What would you do?
How would it feel?

Dare to imagine it in your head.

Dare to believe that there is a way out, a way to heal and that YOU have the POWER and STRENGTH to do it.

Yes, it’s possible. 🔥
No, you don’t have to do it alone. 💗

✨ What Actually Creates Lasting Emotional Change? ✨

Feeling your emotions is powerful.

But unless those emotions move through the body,
you’ll keep carrying their weight — and their stories.

Because suppressed and ignored emotions are stored in the body.
On a cellular level.

Lasting change doesn’t just happen when you gain insight.
This only is the mental level.

Lasting change occurs when the body is involved.

This means, change happens when your nervous system rewires and therefore new neuronal pathways are formed through the embodied experience.

Because if the body still holds the old survival responses:

🌱 the beliefs stay the same.
🌱 the decisions stay the same.
🌱 the patterns repeat.

Somatic movement and breath aren’t just tools for release —

They’re how we:

🌸 complete the stress cycle,
🌸 integrate new truths, and
🌸 become someone who feels free to choose differently.

✨ Why Insight Alone Doesn’t Lead to Change ✨

Ever had a deep realization in therapy, hypnosis, or a family constellation - only to find yourself reacting the same way later?

How frustrating is that!?!

But that’s because insight happens in the mind, but patterns are stored in the body.

You might have brought it from the subconscious into the conscious mind, but this is just half the way.

True change starts when the nervous system learns a new way of being.

And that means to include and involve the body.

Not only by observing it, but also by moving it.

And this can be a simple letting your shoulders drop and notice the shift inside.

This is a small movement.
But this is a powerful movement.
Able to release decades of stored emotions and rewrite & rewire years of engraved ways of thinking & behaving.

That’s why I do what I do.

✨ Feeling Numb Is Not Nothing - It’s Protection ✨

When it becomes too painful in your body, because of all

🌸 the emotions, which overtake you
🌸 the physical aches, which stem from stuffed down & ignored emotions
🌸 the 100.000 thoughts in your mind, which trigger an emotion (which is then stuffed down again)

Then your system will reach for an easy and effective solution: disconnecting from the body.

Which hence translates into numbness.

Because when you are numb, all those thoughts and emotions that are twirling around in your body can’t harm you anymore….

So it seems at least.

But it’s actually just a way to protect you.

To falsely protect you.

Because those emotions and thoughts are still there.

And those emotions will just increase, which will increase the thoughts running through your mind (or the other way around).

Over time this protection wears you down physically and mentally and it will crumble.

It won’t be able to keep all that pain, aches and emotions away…

And here you have two options:

⚡️Numb yourself in another way (food, dr*gs, alcohol, or similar)
🌸 Connect back to the body & feel what’s there. Step by step.

And eventually you won’t have to protect yourself anymore.
But are able to truly, fully live and feel calm, light & alive.
And this is what I wish for you. 💗

✨ Talk Therapy & Overthinking ✨

You can’t think yourself out of your trauma.

You can’t think yourself out of your emotions.

The more you talk about the trauma, the more emotions and feelings come up, which keep you in a loop (plus you might actually re-traumatize yourself).

All the emotions and feelings you are experiencing are linked to certain core beliefs (I’m not good enough/worthy/loved/capable, I’m too much, etc.) and stories that will only go away if you allow yourself to be with and feel your emotions.

You then can integrate, process, transmute and/or let go of these emotions and experience lasting shifts and results.

And no, it doesn’t mean to just sit with your emotions and be still, it also means to implement somatic practices and conscious, intuitive movement to feel it on a bodily level (and not in the mind).
