Throughout the past years we’ve been working with various companies, offering our activities related to wellness, fitness, yoga and breathwork. Based on our past experiences, we have decided to refine and expand our corporate offerings - focusing more deeply on mental and physical wellbeing, nervous system regulation, burnout prevention, and supporting teams and leaders in sustaining high performance in a more balanced way.

This has now evolved into a dedicated corporate wellbeing direction - ranging from short, high-impact team experiences to more in-depth programs and bespoke retreats here in Mallorca and also online.

In high-performing environments, pressure is constant, expectations are high, and the pace rarely slows.

Forward-thinking companies recognise that sustained success requires a foundation which focuses on employees well-being.

It’s crazy that one quarter of 2026 already passed! Feels like this is the longest and coldest winter we have experienced on the island in the past 10 years 🥹

March for me was another month to focus inward, meanwhile for Peter to go out and share his skills with other men in Sri Lanka.

A month where felt like challenges and tests are never going to end, but maybe the whole year will be like that? 🤔😐

My “superpower” as a Transformational Mentor is not that I can immediately spot the underlying dynamics in my client’s life…

It’s that I am constantly doing the work also for myself and enjoying transforming my own life.

When I started my studies as a psychologist, I was thinking that due to my personal issues there is something wrong with me and I need to be “fixed”. That was putting me into a place where I was never feeling complete and whole and I hoped that one day everything will be fine with me.

Today I see that I was completely wrong. My approach has changed as I moved away from conventional psychology. As a transformational mentor I think of every client as they are whole already and I’m just here to show what else is possible for them.

And I can only do that if I keep showing up for myself and willing to transform my own life for better and I’m having fun with it. I’m not doing practices because I have to, but because I enjoy them and also I love experimenting with them.

I deeply understand underlying dynamics behind behavior patterns and yes, it’s useful for myself and for my clients too. But what is more important for me today now is how I show up everyday and experience growth as a human journey.

Not because one day I will have a “perfect life” and there won’t be any challenges or difficulties. Not because one day there won’t be any more limiting beliefs or fears within me. Not because I am looking for validation from others.

But because I am here to tap into my human potential fully and curious to find out what else is possible behind my “glass ceilings” and current state of being.

By simply reading the 59th book on your list isn’t going to quiet a racing mind or move you out of overthinking.

Don’t get me wrong - I love a good book. But endlessly consuming information can easily become another way to stay stuck. At some point, more knowledge stops being helpful and starts becoming a form of paralysis.

Over the years I’ve met many clients who were constantly reading about healing, trying to understand what might be “wrong” with them. Yet beyond the reading, there was very little space for real practice or integration in daily life.

I know this place well, because I’ve been there too - searching for answers in books, research and explanations. What I was quietly avoiding was something much more direct: embodiment. Feeling what was actually present in my body. Listening inward. And honestly… that felt uncomfortable.

Analysis paralysis is real. When the mind is already busy, feeding it more information rarely leads to transformation.

Sometimes what’s needed is not another idea, but space.

Space to pause, breathe and turn inward instead of constantly searching outward. Real change begins when you start tuning into your body and the sensations you may have been avoiding for a long time.

Because often the answers you are looking for aren’t in the next book, but they are already within you.

Hi everyone,

As the long winter slowly comes to an end, we would love to celebrate the arrival of spring together with you.

On 21st March (Saturday), around the time of the Spring Equinox, we will be offering a free community yoga class on Palmanova beach from 10am.

The equinox marks a beautiful moment in the year when day and night come back into balance — a perfect time to move the body, breathe deeply and welcome the new season with fresh energy.

This will be a grounding practice open to everyone in our community. No expectations, just a chance to gather, move, reconnect with nature and enjoy the beginning of spring together.

People often ask:

“Why go on a retreat? Can’t I just do these practices at home?”

The truth is — transformation becomes much easier when you step out of your usual environment.

Your daily life is full of roles, responsibilities and constant stimulation.

Your nervous system rarely gets the opportunity to fully slow down.

A retreat changes these conditions as the optimal setting is created for your transformation so you don’t have to think of what comes next.

You wake up without rushing, you start to breathe more deeply, you spend time in nature, you share meaningful conversations with like-minded people.

And so the body releases tension, your mind becomes quieter. Your intuition becomes easier to hear.

This is where real clarity and change can emerge.

Our retreats in Mallorca are intentionally small and intimate so that everyone receives personal guidance and the space to explore their own process.

A message I would leave for my past self:
“You are more powerful than you think. You have all the answers within, don’t be afraid to listen to your intuition and your body. Move through fear and difficult days with courage, give yourself grace and trust that healing is possible for you”

We started my birthday week with a 10km run last week. The last time I did a long distance run was at least 11 years ago when I completed my first Half Marathon in London and also my health issues were at their peak.

Regardless, I learnt it very well how to push through pain. Possibly that’s why I had much better results time wise back then. But was I healthier and stronger? I don’t think so. My whole body was inflamed, my knee was hurting, I was bloated most of the time.

So now coming back to long distance running after so many years, I feel it as a call for mental training beside of a physical one.

After couple of shorter runs in the past 4 months this happened last Monday:
- around 4km I already wanted to stop, my mind was keep thinking to just let go of this whole idea of running. All I could think was: “it would be nice to sit down” -> comfort
- between 4 and 7 km: I kept going as I realized that my body is absolutely capable to do it, so I had to overcome of the mental resistance and that formed a big internal dialogue. “I never give up” became my mantra
- over 7km my body definitely got tired and I slowed down a lot, but I didn’t want to walk or stop, so I focused on the repetition of a sanskrit mantra to switch off my mind and it definitely worked (I used that for the first time during running)

My relationship with running is kind of “love and hate”. But it teaches me how to get through of my mental limitations and not to push my body but rather listen to it.

Today I am ready to repeat the 10km, let’s see what happens 😃

This is always the slowest and quietest month for us where we can study, nurture our bodies and be more in nature. Definitely there were many moments where we spent time with animal guides and regardless of the crazy weather made the most out of it being on our beloved island.

"Who am I?” - if you know your answer already, we are really curious about you. If not yet, we would love to invite you to one of our yoga classes and find out more together - on a beautiful beach in Mallorca.

Our Yoga Mind is the connection of our souls, therefore our classes are filled with love, power, empathy, tolerance, humour, female and male energy, balance and tranquillity. We are creating a special space, where everyone aims to be the best version of themselves (regardless of gender, age, race or the level of practice). Where all of our focus is concentrated on our body, mind and inner self. Where we try to understand our history, our current limitations, our actions, and our expressions in a very complex system.

Since we have completed our teacher training (RYT-200) in the yoga capital of the world (Rishikesh in India), we are on a mission to share this ancient knowledge. That’s why we love to teach traditional Hatha & Ashtanga yoga. With the help of asanas, breathing techniques and meditation we will guide you towards a more conscious and healthier lifestyle.

Practising in nature, facing towards the sea, being in the shade of the palm trees and feeling the sea-breeze will also give you the chance to recharge your batteries and start your day with a great vibration.
