..Got there on time, waited a bit on restaurant to finish packing meal. 2 minutes late, c'mon.

Then I get to the location early, but customer changed the address after I waited for the hand off, but she ended up wanting me to call her to get the correct address.

Ended up 6 minutes late, and it's not even my fault. Bruh, these doordash admins are brutal.

DoorDash doesn’t care when you pay for priority

I have seen many people here say paying extra for priority is a waste and it doesn’t change anything, I never believed it and often paid for priority and never noticed anything off. Well yesterday when ordering food I watched on the app as the driver pulled up to the restaurant, left to drive a few miles in the opposite direction and stop at a house for a few minutes to then turn around and drive back to the restaurant and pick up my order. It arrived 30 minutes later than what it originally said it would.

I messaged support asking why the dasher is going the opposite direction after I messaged her and got no answer, support told me even though I paid for priority my order was still batched!

This is what I get for wanting a mental health treat…

I decided to get myself a boba delivered after taking my cat to the vet for a health scare. I have ordered boba to be delivered before with no issues. I got this message and walked out a few minutes later to see this. I have to clean this up. To make matters worse, the first agent I spoke to tried to tell me that they could only issue a refund for $10. After “gifting” $5 worth of credits to my account that I didn’t ask for as a “token of apology”. My order was a total of $16 after using $5 worth of credits that I already had. I am a poor college student that is genuinely on the brink of collapse so I was willing to go toe to toe for those $16.

Order for a giant pizza

Got an order for pizza place yesterday for $12 so of course I accepted. I get there and doordash just says cheese pizza. They tell me it will be a few minutes so I use the restroom. I come out and they hand me pizza box that is at least two and a half feet square 🥴 The lady opened the door for me and my hands scraped the door frame because the box was almost as wide as it. I get it to my car and had to fold down the seat to get it to fit and be as flat as possible. Last picture is of a normal pizza from later that night for scale.
