I have been going to see Debbie (with a complete open mind) for the past 8/9 weeks for weight loss using hypnosis. Debbie is extremely professional putting you at ease and explaining in great detail every step of your journey including the fitting of a gastric band under hypnosis. Although I enjoy healthy foods my problem was the additional nibbles during the day/evening including a passion for chocolate, biscuits and cake and over the years my body has expanded making me feel extremely uncomfortable and the dress size going up.
