Spotkamy się o godz. 11:00 i zaczniemy od pogłębionej praktyki jogi razem z medytacją, a potem usiądziemy wspólnie na trawce, żeby porozmawiać i nadrobić albo się poznać 🤗
Po jodze uraczymy się pyszną kawką Lacava i kombuchą Vigo i zjemy pyszne drożdżówki od Ani🫶🏻🧡

-Pogłębiona praktyka jogi razem z medytacją i pranayamą

I’m stepping into this holiday season filled with deep emotion and a full heart after our recent weeks together on Fuerteventura. 💛

I keep thinking about all those warm moments, the stories you’ve shared with me. About how you’ve opened up about your struggles, your pain, your losses, your joy, and your excitement.🥹🤗

These are stories about the journey to self-acceptance. About trying to understand. Stories of the hard work you put in every single day.🙏🏻

My heart swells with gratitude for your presence. Because this is what yoga is about. This is what life is about. And this is the most beautiful Christmas story we are writing together. 🧡

I wish for you, my dear ones, to take a moment amidst all the rush and busyness, to slow down, listen to yourselves, and look deeply into the eyes of those you love. To ask yourselves important questions—with love for yourselves and with awareness of the incredible story you are writing. 🤗

A story that is good enough, simply because it’s yours.
Because perfect stories don’t exist.

And it happened… the final Yoga Amigas camp of 2024 has come to an end… 🥂✨

The past weeks reminded me of something truly special. Yoga Amigas is so much more than just yoga – it’s about the people. It’s about YOU. 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️

Every laugh, every conversation, every shared moment has been a reminder that this journey is, above all, about community and connection. It’s about feeling at home, embracing simplicity, and just being together.

Spending time with you, hearing your stories, and watching you grow both on and off the mat has been the best adventure I could have ever dreamed of. 🙏🏻

You inspire me every single day, and I’m deeply grateful for this incredible community we’ve built together. 🧘🏼‍♀️🧡

Here’s to more memories, more growth, and more adventures with you, ladies.

Yesterday, our first autumn camp came to an end…
What an amazing time it was! So much laughter and inspiring conversations, delicious food, sunshine, beach days, and relaxing yoga… 💛

I’m at a loss for words, ladies. I’m so grateful for each one of you, for your trust and your presence 🥹

Tomorrow already brings the next camp (fully booked, no spots left! 🔥🔥), which is helping me get over the fact that you all had to leave!

In the meantime, I’m excited to announce the next available dates: coming up in JANUARY! January 11-18, prices from €850, and half the spots are already sold out!
