Shall we bring *Meditate Daily* back?

A Community Offering.
Everyone is welcome to join.
No prior experience needed.
All we need is your presence and will to show up.

Last week in my Meditation I had this message that we all must Meditate together everyday.

Here is what I propose.
Month of *April*
Every day at *1700 hrs London Time*
Duration *20 mins*
*Online*

You don't HAVE to show up everyday. But you must try and be there as much as possible.

A great way to dive deep into Meditation Journey.

Like every time in the Past...
There is no Fees to this Program. You give what you like. Most importantly you give your time and presence.

We need a Group for this to Happen.

This is Me.. during a Spice Farm Day Tour on our retreat in Goa. After the retreat in Goa I was supposed to spend Holi with my parents and get back Home, get back to the Island, get back to routine and plans... and Life is what happens when you are busy making plans. Now I don't know when I would be able to fly.. as everything is fluid at the moment. What does the process teach you... SURRENDER. Let Go of Ideas and Simply Flow. I know its easy to say but hey what else can we do, right?
Send some awesome vibes people... so I get to fly and land safe & happy. Rest Que Sera Sera 💫😇🌟

There are so many pictures to share from our Go Beyond Yoga Retreat in Goa, India.. but this one can't wait. I have ticked off an item from my Bucket List... played with Clay.. a Pottery session with Nitin from .studio
What a beautiful experience. Also a great pic by our Yogi She was a great Pottery partner and gets the silly humour too... so it was a 10/10.
