This Full Moon I am super grateful to all my Yogis who joined this evening's session on Frequency & Energy.

This is Me. 11 years on this gorgeous Island in Spain... 18th December my Fuerte-Versary... this date is always Special to Me. Who I am today to Who I was when I arrived here from India... I reflect on this time to time. The intent is to keep Growing and keep Glowing exponentially. The try is to keep the Madness and Purity alive... even if it makes you the Odd one out.
To the ones who stood by me Love You & Thank you ❤️❤️😇
To the ones who didn't... a Bigger Thank you as you made me see my real people and real potential too 😉

Don't waste your precious energy in Drama... Keep your awareness on what matters. Else days will pass, months will go by and all you are left with is Regret. Let's talk about the Moon... Specially the Full Moon.
Tomorrow 6th October Full Moon is known as Sharad Poornima or Purnima.
Sharad Purnima, also known as Rass Purnima, a Hindu festival dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi that is celebrated on the Full Moon Day of the Hindu lunar month of Ashvin.

In the Brij region, the day is dedicated to Lord Krishna, and it is believed that Lord Krishna performs the dance of divine love on this night.

As per mythology, Sharad Purnima marks the beginning of Winter months. on this day, Chandra Dev (moon) is worshipped

On this day people make rice kheer on the night of Sharad Purnima and keep it under the moonlight. Tradition is that the full moon's light on this night is believed to contain nectar or "Amrit" (elixir of life), and placing Kheer (a rice pudding) under the moonlight for the night allows it to absorb these divine, healing, and cooling properties.
This Kheer, consumed the next morning, is thought to provide health, peace, prosperity, and strengthen one's immune system.
It is believed that the full moon's rays on Sharad Purnima are especially potent, showering the earth with healing energy and Amrit.
Tomorrow the Full Moon night I am holding a session called ☆Heal as you Sleep☆ to prepare your Subconscious for the divine night to come. Its a relaxing practice to be done from your Bed. If you wish to know more, send me a message.
