You can have the perfect nutrition plan 🍲, the best workout routine 🏋️‍♂️, and all the motivation in the world 💪…

but if deep down, you don’t believe you’re worthy of self-care, or you’re blocking your own success with guilt, self-doubt, or limiting beliefs, those habits won’t stick.

You WILL self-sabotage but you won’t know why and you’ll get stuck in a cycle of negative self talk, emotional eating, guilt and shame….before the next shiny new diet comes along.

So, before you jump on the next big health or weight loss kick, stop and ask yourself these questions.
Because if you don’t, your chances of success are much slimmer.

This is where I start with all clients.

We build long-term health habits by:

I only decided to do this a few days ago but here’s why I’m running with it! 🏃‍♀️

There aren’t enough supportive spaces for midlife women to connect, and get expert guidance on their journey to better health and well-being💕

I offer one to one sessions and short group programmes but the truth is that many women know the basics…they just struggle to action them in their busy, sometimes chaotic lives. And it feels like A LOT to add into a jam-packed day.

Particularly when you’re not even sure whose advice to follow 🤷‍♀️

I ALWAYS take a less is more approach to wellness - I strip back to basics and build from there. But many women don’t even have the foundations in place. Yet - they’re throwing money, time and energy at supplements, weight loss aids, books etc etc.

This group is about taking stock, getting practical guidance on what you are already doing and adding to it slowly but surely with other midlife women cheering you on and keeping you on track.
