I earned my yoga teaching certification through CorePower Yoga in San Diego, CA in 2010. I currently live in Valencia, Spain and love the community of international yogis we

've created through our classes. Classes are currently held weekly on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the riverbed near the City of Arts and Sciences. Online classes to celebrate the New Moon and Full Moon are also offered. Stay updated on Facebook for class times and cancelations. I also host events at various restaurants in the city (Yoga and Wine, Yoga and Brunch, Full Moon Yoga at the Beach, etc) and international yoga retreats. Gorgeous Sicilian sunset to kick off retreat week! Had a beautiful "Night Zero" with part of the group tonight. Dinner by the waves crashing against the cliffs. And we'll get to meet up with the rest of the group tomorrow! Pinching myself, as this has been over a year in the making. Looking forward to spending an amazing week together nourishing ourselves with yoga, Italian sunshine, yummy food, and sisterhood. ..
