Voy a dar clases de Yin Yoga en la plataforma de la playa en El Toro los martes y viernes por las mañanas otra vez 😁🌞🌊🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ nada más que el sonido del mar, música relajante y una buena práctica para empezar el día. Terminando con un pequeño extra de aceites esenciales.

Join me for some YIN energy ✨

Yin is the opposite of Yang. Both are equally needed for a good life balance. But in the hectic of today’s life and lots of YANG energies we forget about YIN.
Yin brings you calmness, stillness within yourself and works your body from the very inside.
Specially for moms or people with old injuries, it’s a great way of getting back into training / practice. The same goes for overworked or tensed people who haven’t had a personal break in a long time.

This is your gift to yourself.
This is your break.
This is your practice.
