I held my first live group session with the AST community tonight —
50 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 90 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩.

It wasn’t a conference in the traditional sense.
It was a space for real questions, real patterns, and honest reflection.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦.

🌙When I disappear, it’s not because I’m lost , it’s because I’m transforming.

When I’m not okay, I go inward. I take care of myself. I give space to what’s moving through me so I can transform it.

I go to the spa. I receive massages.
I take yoga classes. I go to therapy.
I walk by the beach and to the mountains.
I cook beautiful meals. I sleep. I rest.
I let myself feel, and cry, and stay in silence.

Silence becomes my sanctuary.
And from that stillness, the soil becomes fertile again.
Then, slowly, a new flower blooms, a new day, a new me,
with more compassion, more wisdom,
and a completely new way of living life. 🌸
