9 years working on myself, on my personal growth, on my development to be a better person with myself and with others, on working on inherited patterns and connecting with my own essence, on believing in myself and being my true self, on enhancing my spirituality and connection with God, resting all my worries on him, asking for forgiveness for each of my sins and giving him the best as a token of gratitude for his guidance and light.

9 years a tireless seeker of my fulfillment, 9 years in search of the truth, that truth that brings me a little closer every day to my dreams and achievements.

Everything in life has its time, its space and its feeling, its path and its realization, its release and its culmination and its rise.
The most important thing in this time, space, feeling and path is to be present, to listen to your body, which is the wise place where our soul lives and always tells us the truth, in order to find the answers you need and thus go in the direction that your soul desires.

The most important thing is not to lose yourself in the long suffering that gives no comfort and loses your soul, in feeling like a victim of situations and wondering why things happen to you.

The important thing is to find what generates pain, feel it once and transmute it, because if you don't feel it and leave it, it becomes that suffering that will trap you for as long as you decide to be there.

Today after 9 years I release something that is not mine, a loyalty inherited from my ancestors and it makes me happy to know that:

WHEN YOU KNOW THE TRUTH, THERE IS NO LONGER ANYTHING THAT CAN TAKE YOU TO THAT PLACE WHERE YOU ARE NOT YOU.

✨ Reflection of Growth ✨
When I look in the mirror today, I see more than just my reflection—I see my journey.

This transformation, from August '23 to October '24, has been about far more than physical changes. It’s been about working internally to break free from old patterns, reconnect with my authenticity, and discover the strength that was always within me.

💡 My key learnings:

1️⃣ Building consistent routines that nourish my mind, body, and soul.

2️⃣ Healing limiting beliefs and trusting my potential.
