🇬🇧The Deep squat 🥰 A move that is engraved in our DNA since we were hominids. This move that might seem silly and useless do to will increase your life spam at least 5 years, no kidding. The simple fact of squatting full depth (as long as it is just using your own body weight, not recommended with added weight) will increase your balance, lower body strength and coordination in such a way that falling down in your senior years will not be an option for you. Falling due to lack of strength and balance is the number one cause why the elderly lose quality of life and in many cases is the beginning of the end.
In today´s world seems like move your own body feels like a chore and an hassle and using chair is a much more easier option to seat down, however, every action has a consequence and the consequence of not practicing this move daily might be a high one to pay later in life. The choice is yours.

🇪🇸La Sentadilla Profunda 🥰 Un movimiento que está grabado en nuestro ADN desde que éramos homínidos. Este movimiento, que puede parecer tonto e inútil, aumentará tu vida útil al menos 5 años, no es broma. En el mundo actual parece que mover tu propio cuerpo se siente como una tarea ardua y una molestia y usar una silla es una opción mucho más fácil para sentarse, sin embargo, cada acción tiene una consecuencia y la consecuencia de no practicar este movimiento a diario puede ser un alto que pagar más adelante en la vida. Just give it a go for a week at least and you will understand what I mean. Consistency is a key thing to achieve results with any fitness endeavour.

🇬🇧The Dead hang is one of the best things you can do to care after your spine. This easy exercise has many benefits for it, but I would point out the one that decompresses your spine. Since we are born gravity is pushing us down, which has an effect on our vertebral discs that compress them and make then thinner over time. The dead hang releases that constant compression on the discs.
Do it at least once each day for as long as you can hold it and you will feel the benefits from the very first hang. 😃

🇪🇸El Dead Hang es una de las mejores cosas que puedes hacer para cuidar tu columna. Este sencillo ejercicio tiene muchos beneficios, pero yo destacaría el que descomprime la columna. Desde que nacemos, la gravedad nos empuja hacia abajo, lo que tiene un efecto en nuestros discos vertebrales que los comprimen y los hacen más delgados con el tiempo. El dead hang libera esa compresión constante en los discos.
Hazlo al menos una vez al día durante el tiempo que puedas sostenerlo y sentirás los beneficios desde el primer momento. 😃
