Shiatsu & Deep Tissue Massages Certified shiatsu practicioner. Shiatsu is a japanese bodywork activating the self healing processes of our bodies. A session lasts 75 min for a deep relaxation.

Regular visits are recommanded for long lasting effects. I learnt by Harald Gierl himself taught by Ohashi who brought shiatsu to western countries. Using the natural force of gravity to "give weight" and not "press" he teaches practicioners to be relaxed and throughout give relaxation. Working from our body center- "hara" in japanese creates a better connection which allows deeper acupressure with fewer efforts and smoother pace while stretching muscles and mobilizing joints.
