Hi darlings! For the first time this year Casa by Eri is taking some time for rest. We will be closed 9-19th of October (it’s someones big bday and vacation mode is on)

We are coming back strong on Monday 20th of October when also our Monday yoga evening class will have its comeback. 🥳

Fullmoon chant & release, Monday 6th of October 🌕

Join is for a magical evening with the amazing MantraFlöw under the full moon at Casa by Eri. 💫

Let’s open up our hearts, voices and minds together ❤️ and explore Indian mantras both in Sanskrit and English.

We will start the evening with a gentle Breathwork session, open up for what to needs to be released and then sing together in a beautiful circle.
No singing experience needed. Just feel the magic ✨
