Why sceptical people are often the most surprised by sound healing.

I see it all the time — people come in with crossed arms, curious but not convinced.
And that’s okay.
Because your body doesn’t need you to believe in anything to respond to sound.

The moment the tones start, something softens.
Your breath slows.
Your nervous system begins to unwind.
And those binaural beats guide your brain into calmer waves — the same waves you reach during deep meditation or emotional release.

When that shift happens, the body takes over:
melatonin rises,
endorphins start flowing,
stress drops.

And that’s usually the moment someone opens their eyes and whispers,
“I didn’t expect to feel this much.”

Sound doesn’t ask you to understand it.
It just asks you to let it in.

Tonight I guided a cacao & sound ceremony at a retreat of & — and every time, it feels like coming home.

The space was so cozy, like autumn’s softness. Cacao always does her magic: opening hearts, deepening intuition, showing us what wants to be seen.

I shared a few new tools this time, and it was beautiful to witness how they unfolded — one woman said she had never felt that kind of rest before, and that in stillness she could finally feel. Another allowed her emotions to flow for the first time… and felt powerful in doing so.

That’s the medicine of presence — grounded, trusting, strong.
And as always, the breath brings relief. 🌿🤎

I had the honor to do what I love the most — playing with music, sound healing bowls, cacao, and my voice.
This time it was during .imkota.massage beautiful retreat — a space where hearts opened, peace was felt, and people reconnected with themselves. 💫

It’s always so magical to see what happens when we slow down, breathe, and listen — when we let the heart lead the way.
95% of what we do comes from the subconscious mind, so every moment of stillness helps us create new pathways, new ways of being, new beginnings. 🤍🎶

Thank you to everyone who joined this beautiful journey.

This evening was incredible.
I witnessed such powerful transformations.

One woman went back to her birth.
Another healed a part of a past trauma.
Someone finally felt what safety means.
One felt she had an out of body experience.
And one decided to start choosing from the heart.

I’m so proud and grateful for what unfolds in these sessions.
When you disconnect from the busy mind,
your body can surprise you in the most beautiful ways.

This work is deep. Real. Transformative.
