And here’s the truth


👉 I’ve only lost 600g

But look at the difference.

This is why I will ALWAYS say

the scale is not the full story.

Because during this time:

* I was training for ultra marathons đŸƒâ€â™€ïž
* I completed HYROX đŸ”„
* I had to fuel my body properly (not restrict it)
* I went through a break-in
* My car broke down
* Life felt HARD

There were so many moments I could have:
❌ fallen off
❌ eaten rubbish
❌ stopped completely

But I didn’t.

Not because I’m “perfect”

But because I’ve built consistency and discipline over time.

And THAT is what you’re seeing in these photos.

Not a quick fix.
Not starving myself.
Not extremes.

👉 Just showing up
 again and again.

This is what I help women do inside my 21 day challenges.

Not just lose weight

But build habits, strength, and confidence —

This week has honestly tested me
 mentally more than anything.

A backyard ultra, getting broken into, my car breaking down — and still trying to show up as a mum through all of it.

And I’m not going to pretend it’s been easy.

But what I’m proud of is this

👉 I didn’t stop.

Because over time, I’ve built mental strength.
Not from big moments — but from small daily habits.

From showing up when I didn’t feel like it.
From choosing discipline over excuses.

And this is exactly why I’m so passionate about what I do.

Because inside my 21 day challenges, it’s not just about:
✔ weight loss
✔ fitness
✔ steps

It’s about building YOU.

The version of you that can handle hard weeks.
The version of you that doesn’t quit.

Feeling much better today! Thank you so much for everyone’s messages and calls, they honestly mean more than you can imagine 💜 being in Spain on my own without any family can feel lonely and feel slightly vulnerable at times and this situation has reminded me how many people I have around that have my back, super super grateful ❀
