S láskou ťa pozývam na poslednú predvianočnú jogu v štúdiu Jakai, kde nás počas celej hodiny bude sprevádzať Evka hrou na handpane a ja vás, samozrejme, povediem cez pozície na podložke.✨

Handpan dokáže vytvoriť magickú atmosféru a flow bude naozaj vhodný pre každého.

Po hodine sa môžeš tešiť na môj tradičný masala čajík a brownie koláčik ako poďakovanie za tento aj všetky roky, počas ktorých sa spolu stretávame na podložkách.

Vstupné na túto špeciálnu udalosť je 20 € a prihlásiš sa cez správu u mňa (Darya).

It looks like every month is a favourite month when you are ready to embrace it but November is special 🍂🌞🦂

My favorite quotes:
1. Inhabit the heart🤍
2. Look at others with admiration
3. Devotion is the foundation for discipline.
4. No flying fingers but directed energy into a mudra
5. Stack, lean, extend
6. And the last one which you need to understand through the context but… “yoga will cut you head” not literally of course 🐘

My list is long but some things you need to in derestabd through the context.
I want to say too if you have a teacher you truly admire and she or he is in your proximity just know how lucky you are.

Aktuálny rozvrh na tento školský rok 💖
Na všetky hodiny okrem tej v Záhorskej Bystrici sa prihlasuje cez stránky štúdia , na tu v ZB môžeš sa prihlásiť cez súkromnú správu.

Navyše nás čakajú mantra circles a možno nejaká cacao ceremony plus online hodiny 🤫
