Ok, let’s try again as the rain cancelled last Saturdays Tai Chi….
Every January, people set big fitness goals, start strong… and then life gets in the way.
If that sounds familiar, it’s not a lack of motivation — it’s the plan.
Most resolutions ask too much, too fast, from bodies that need support, not punishment.
So instead of asking “What should I fix?” try this:
How do I want my body to feel?
Stronger standing up.
Steadier on your feet.
Less stiff in the morning.
More confident moving through your day.
That’s where Tai Chi comes in with its gentle, consistent movement that’s easy to return to — and easy to stick with.
The best resolution isn’t extreme.
It’s simple: move a little, every day.
The good news? Achieving these goals doesn't have to involve grueling workouts, overwhelming effort, or impossible demands.
No matter your age or current abilities, there is a gentle, effective way to improve your fitness, health, and overall well-being - without even needing to get down on the ground!

We start at 10:30am and you'll find us on the sandy area, next to the beach and right opposite the Atlántico Centre, Caleta de Fuste.
