Rita isn't just our furry friend - she's a vital part of our team ! Whether it's snuggling up during naps or trotting around to wake guests up for their sessions, she's always there.

To celebrate we thought it would only be right to give a special shout out to our Rita, who like all dogs has the unique skill of being able to lower stress, boost exercise, and improve mood. She brings warmth and love to our retreats, making our house feel like home. We love her! 🐾

At the core of our project is regenerative farming, and we're thrilled to expand our crops this year! Lupins will help rehabilitate the soil with their nitrogen-capturing abilities and serve as green manure 🌿 We'll also be planting pine nut trees that have a symbiotic relationship with pinatell mushrooms 🍄‍🟫

we firmly believe in our own symbiotic relationship with nature and that healing the land around us is definitely a way to heal ourselves

learning from experienced and evolving farmers like Josep is a privilege and sharing this energy of renewal with our guests is our mission 🌿
