Some of you know, that the Earth temple has an earth floor. Many years ago, when the temple was built, we worked with a traditional eastern gypsy recipe, that ferments horse and cow dung and then gets poured as a floor.

In the last years more cracks have been appearing on the floor of our beloved earth temple. Like in the Japanese Kintsugi tradition, where cracks in pottery get filled with powdered gold, silver or plantinum, we have been preparing the earth temple floor for a new beginning.

Firstly we carved out and opened the cracks to make space for the new layer of earth floor to be received well. Then, we fermented horse and cow dung for a week and added our prayers with rose petals and to***co to create a healing mix, to heal the “wounds” in our floor.

With the beginning of the year of the snake and the big shifts, that the world is experiencing, we would like to share some changes here at Hidden Paradise.

We are thanking Julia for all her hard work and love that she gave to the centre. She is moving on into the next chapter of her life.

Meanwhile, we have been listening to the messages from the spirits of the land.

Finally a moment to process some of the harvest.
I’m thinking sipping fizzy homemade grape juice in wine glasses whilst watching the sunset and topping our porridge with homemade apple sauce and walnuts in cold spun local honey

Happy equinox !!
This is the season of sunsets, sea views.
My first dragon fruit flower opened up today.
It looks just like the wachuma flowers.
Who have thought pineapples could grow at 1000 mtrs.
We even have a coconut palm in the pool room but let’s see if it lasts the winter.
