Following her move to Bath in 2011 she commenced a Diploma in Implantology at the University of Toulouse, France, which she completed in 2013. Sandra gained a distinction for the qualification and now attends the course regularly as a support teacher. Sandra is able to offer cosmetically focused short term orthodontic treatment, known as Six Month Smiles as well as state of the art ceramic restorations or CEREC. A computer system that allows dentists to create dental restorations to replace damaged or missing teeth, in house – without the need for an external laboratory. One of the things Sandra prides herself on is how she helps patients feel comfortable and relaxed during her treatments, and is committed to offering dentistry at the highest possible standard. She continues to regularly attend training courses to keep up to date with the latest treatments and advances in technology. Sandra loves traveling; her last big trip was around Iceland, but regularly visits her home country Spain. Sandra has also worked in Nepal as a volunteer dentist treating mainly children in deprived areas. In this trip was able to enjoy her passions in dentistry, travel and helping others.
