👉🏽If the object does not come out, 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤, keeping the head lower than the body, and 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝟓 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, pressing down around 4 to 5 centimetres.
𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝟓 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 + 𝟓 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐬 until the baby starts to breathe, cough or cry. If you are alone or the baby does not improve, 📞𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝟏𝟏𝟐.
⚠️ Do not put your finger blindly into the baby’s mouth. Only remove the object if you can clearly see it.
