🔥 Fire cider to support digestion, circulation, and immunity.
🫖 Neti pot with warm saline (and a tiny drop of oregano oil) to keep sinuses and lungs clear.
☁️ Steam ritual with eucalyptus (5–10 min) to release congestion and calm the breath.
