And the sun sets on another beautiful Ibiza day....

There's nothing quite like the light here, it has an extraordinary quality, colours seem richer, brighter, deeper. For me and many others, that's reflected in the depth and the richness of the experience that one has spending time here. Ibiza seems to amplify everything, the highs as well as the lows..and one thing that really brings...is clarity. You can really see what you're working with here - patterns and core wounds come to light, revealing themselves to be healed and shining light on the healing process itself.

Your dog doesn't need to be unwell to receive energy healing. It does wonders for maintaining good health so they can enjoy a happy, healthy life.

I work with dogs, cats and horses (both sick and well) to support them with whatever they need the most.

Animals respond naturally to energy healing. They take in what they need without resistance and the healing energy supports them to heal, rebalance and realign on any level, just as it does in humans.

🔥 The Fire Is Rising…and So Are We 🔥

We are living through something extraordinary right now. On an energetic level, you can probably feel it, even if you don't have words for it. There’s a quickening, a pressure, a sense that a big change is in the air - that something new is landing and coming into being.

This Chinese Year of the Fire Horse, which began on February 17th, carries a frequency of powerful transformation that is capable of burning away what no longer serves us. It supports us in clearing the personal and inherited patterns that are keeping us stuck in old cycles and ways of being that we’re tired of, that we’ve outgrown. This is making way for our empowerment, our rebirth and for showing up in the world as our true, embodied authentic selves; without shame, self-judgment, self-hatred and self-criticism yet with an inner knowing that we are rising together as women, as a human collective and seeding a new world into being.

Animal Healing is something I've been offering quietly for a while. It brings two of my passions together beautifully - my love for animals and the power of energy healing.

Animals are super receptive to energy healing, they don't have the mind as a barrier to healing, so in that way, they're more straightforward than humans. If any of you have every given your pets healing, you'll know what I mean. Thy take what they need and leave the rest.

I offer two modalities in combination - ReAlign Energy Healing and Reiki-Angelic Healing. The ReAlign is kinesiology based and can get to the root cause of any issue your pet may be dealing with and help to clear it. The Reiki-Angelic healing is a combination of the two frequencies I channel that animals are most open to - they bring peace, calm, ease, relief from pain and they also access the root cause and heal gently yet powerfully from there.

If you have a pet that needs some healing attention and would benefit from an animal healing session, please get in touch.

Animal healing is suitable for any stage of the animal's life including bringing peace during their final transition.

Sessions are via distance healing so your pet can receive the energy healing wherever they are in the world.

Today I held the first live call for a new Healing the Ancestral Feminine - Women's Circle.

Each of the beautiful women arrived with an open heart, willing to share the experiences of her female line with the group.

Each trusted that it was safe space to begin touching into and healing deep, legacy wounds that have been carried in the family for generations.

Aware of the cost of their inherited trauma on their own lives, and determined to shift these burdens for their own, and their children's freedom, they spoke truths that have lived in the shadows. Stories of migration, loss, war, famine, separation, racism, persecution and deep attachment wounding.

There was so much courage in the room.
What was shared was witnessed, met and held with compassion by the group.

We all carry ancestral burdens, whether we are aware of it or not, and when we come together as a group, in a sacred space, held by spirit, loving intention and our benevolent ancestors, we have the all support we need to do this deep, powerful work. We truly do heal together.

The next journey begins on 6th June.

Do you recognise yourself as a people pleaser?

Are you tired of feeling afraid to say ‘no’ or of feeling racked with guilt when you put your own needs first?

People pleasing is not ‘your personality’, and it’s not a failing on your part - it’s a trauma response.

When we live through experiences in childhood that ask us to take care of our parents’ needs - physical or emotional - we put aside our own needs in order to ‘survive’.

We adapt by abandoning ourselves to stabilise our home environment and this becomes a pattern, a way of being.

The good news is you can heal this pattern at the root - but what if it didn’t start with you? What if you watched a parent be a chronic people pleaser too? When patterns are inherited, they're passed down the family line until someone is ready to heal for the lineage.

Ancestral healing opens the lens beyond ourselves and our own life and takes into account the countless conditions that went into creating us as we are.

It helps us to see that what we inherited from our parents, they often inherited from their parents and so on.

Whether we know our ancestry or not, when we use energy healing to support the healing process, we can access the parts that other therapies can't and begin to shift inherited patterns that have repeated for generations.

This frees us from the burden of being who we’re not and frees us to be our true authentic self, to follow our needs and desires and to create a life that reflects the truth of who we are.
