Time out.

After a busy season I decided to take some time out by heading to Portugal for a little R&R.

Whilst away on this 5 day break, I slept (a lot 😴 ), hiked, did a yoga class 🧘‍♀️ and disconnected from social media. I really, truly managed to switch off and have come back feeling totally refreshed and revived.

Having the chance to have this reset reminded me of the importance of allowing ourselves to be present and listen to what our bodies need, not only on holiday, but as a part of our lifestyle.

Even just carving out a short amount of time in the day for movement, breath work, reading or whatever it is that speaks to you, can really have a positive impact on both physical and mental well-being 😌
