What is equine therapy?

Equine assisted therapy uses the connection between people and horses to enhance physical or emotional healing ✨

These sessions respond well with people who are dealing with:
- Substance use disorders
- Depression, anxiety, stress
- PTSD
- Trauma

- Eating disorders
- Behavior disorders
- Learning challenges
- ADD / ADHD
