Hello June...Summer Stolstice!
June is the season of expansion, radiance, and awakening. Nature is in full bloom, and so are we.

This coming month, I will facilitate a Life Force Awakening Ceremony on June 22nd — a celebration of the Summer Solstice, the astronomical start of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.

On this day, the sun reaches its most northerly position in the sky, standing directly above the Tropic of Cancer (at 23.5° North latitude). This moment marks the longest day and the shortest night of the year — a time traditionally honored as a powerful portal for transformation, clarity, and light.

Let’s come together in sacred space to realign with our inner rhythm, awaken our vital energy, and celebrate the fullness of life.

Slowly but surely, I’m rebuilding a community here in the Netherlands. The sessions I’ve facilitated lately have been so deep and profound—maybe it’s time that has added more depth, or maybe it’s the transformation of becoming a mother and surrendering more fully to life. Either way, I’m grateful to hold space for those who need it. More than ever, I guard these sessions like a lioness, making sure everyone feels safe and supported.

Life Force Awakening Offerings – Hello March

Have you noticed how the morning light arrives earlier and earlier? I’m a huge fan of waking up early—not just because I can sneak in a walk before my daughter wakes up, but because I get to witness nature awakening. It truly illuminates my inner nature.

Speaking of light—March brings longer days, and with winter coming to an end, spring is just around the corner!

The last Life Force Awakening ceremony was an absolute joy. I loved seeing so many new and familiar faces! That session followed a classic flow, but the next one—just like spring—will be a little wilder, more free, and full of fresh energy.

On this beautiful Sunday afternoon, we’re inviting you to a transformative experience where the old meets the new. While we hold the past in our hearts with gratitude and grace, it’s time to spread our wings and embrace a new beginning.

Join us in the serene and sacred space of the Laurentiuskerk in Weesp(see photo) in collaboration with our dear friends from Yoga Today. They’ve graciously offered us a monthly sanctuary—a homebase to explore, experiment, and elevate ourselves with a divine touch.

During this Life Force Awakening (LFA) session, we’ll journey inward through music, rituals, bodywork, meditation, and heartfelt sharing. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can let go, bloom, and fully embrace your true self. Enjoy nourishing snacks and tea as part of this nurturing experience.

The I.N.A Experience:

Active Dance Meditation & I.N.A activate the life energy and put you in touch with the core of your being. Back to who you really are, without all kinds of protective layers, masks, or roles you hold, such as at work, as a parent, as part of society. This day is therefore entirely for you, to fully express yourself, to show yourself.

In the Active Dance Meditation, we start by closing your eyes so that you can feel free to move. This can even be done blindfolded, but it is not necessary. After this we follow the following sequence: Shake, Dance, Sit, Surrender, Dance, Sit, Surrender.

After a pause in Silence we start with I.N.A. where you receive an energy transmission and we stay in contact with our base, our Inner Nature, from surrender. You only need to let go and receive. The goal of the workshop is that you get more in touch with your authentic self, that you work through certain layers and even work through minor or major traumas. Think of it as a major cleansing of the energetic body. And above all: Enjoy! Because it is a Gift to yourself. ❤

This half-day retreat is guided by Barbara Falorni and Nicole Dooper.
We start at 14:00 and finish around 18:00. We will provide some snacks & Tea in the pause in our familiar Kazerne in Muiden.
