On the Goddess Rituals Retreat, we don’t rush transformation.

We allow it to unfold gently, intentionally, in rhythm with the elements.

This is a space to slow down.

To soften the nervous system.

To come back into a grounded, embodied connection with yourself.

✨ Fire

We gather in ceremony to release what no longer serves the stories, patterns, and inner weights that have been quietly holding you back.

Fire becomes a witness to your willingness to let go, creating a felt sense of completion and renewal.

💧 Water

In a deeply experiential workshop, we explore our relationship with water within and around us.

Water holds memory. It teaches surrender, flow, and trust.

With Katie’s guidance, this is not something to be explained, but something to be felt a remembering that our bodies, like the earth, are made mostly of water.

💨 Air
Through breathwork and yogic practices, we reclaim the breath as a bridge out of the busy mind and back into the body.

Here, breathing becomes a way home opening space, clarity, and presence.

🌍 Earth
We honour the grounding wisdom of the earth by creating an intentional offering.

Each object placed with care, meaning, and prayer weaving your thoughts, emotions, and energy into something tangible.

A moment to feel supported, held, and deeply rooted.

What makes this retreat different is not just the rituals it’s the way they meet you where you are.

For me, these practices have become anchors in life helping me acknowledge gratitude, honour my emotions, and gently release what feels heavy or challenging.

The fire ceremony especially reminds me that self-care can be profound, sacred, and deeply nurturing not just something we do, but something we feel.

This retreat isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering yourself.
Moving at the pace of nature.
Being witnessed.

And allowing space for whatever is ready to shift naturally, honestly, and without force.

I’m gradually transitioning my business toward Stacy Harris Wellness, while White Goddess Ibiza will still live on as part of my work and offerings. This rebrand reflects years of personal growth, healing, and deep alignment with the work I’m here to do.

Over the last few years, I’ve been quietly building toward this moment.

Last year I was honoured to be a guest speaker for a webinar with RCIR, reaching over 3,000 people. I hosted and collaborated with Lloyds Clinical to create a 12-week self-care incentive program 💫 New Year, New You: A Nurses Journey.

I also filmed with two TV shows commissioned by Netflix and Disney, airing later this year (I’ll share more very soon 👀✨).

I’ve worked with retreats and companies to bring wellness and sound into diverse spaces, supported children and adults with ADHD and neurodivergency, and collaborated with so many incredible humans along the way.

And honestly… this is just the beginning.

There is so much more coming in 2026 and beyond, and I would love to celebrate this growth and change with you all 🤍

Time off is needed 💫

I really used to struggle to rest and let me my self have rest time, always being active doing something and feeling little bit anxious if I didn’t have something planned in the diary and found it’s challenging to not do something everyday towards my business.

Over the last few years I have had to reshape my inner world, beliefs and relationship with work life balance.

Having time off is so important being tapped in constantly to work is burnt out

I used to work as SEN support teacher and run my business while building it,

Was single mum, worked and training building my business I was volunteer for people in addiction’s recovery going to gym cycling taking Jack to his activities. Always busy,

These last few years I have built my self care up and as non negotiable. This has also brought out my boundaries with my self to give my self space and time to love me and do what’s good to nourish my soul.

It’s so important to give yourself time off and enjoy yourself!

Being full on paced everyday you don’t get to enjoy also what you had achieved and reflect on that!
