Such a beautiful day holding space, sharing knowledge and information, relaxing and connecting with a group of beautiful mamas-to-be today.

Jade and I dreamt this retreat up over coffee one morning at the beginning of the year. We wanted to offer an opportunity for pregnant mamas to not only learn in order to empower and prepare them for labour, birth and the 4th trimester, but also to have some time to journey inward, relax, restore and connect with themselves and each other in an authentic and open way.

We chatted and shared today and it was so so wonderful. The venue was fabulous too - thank you

Emotional and uplifting morning teaching my final pregnancy yoga class for at the beautiful

I have absolutely loved supporting and laughing with the wonderful mamas I’ve met over the last eight months. It’s been such a privilege and has brought me so much joy. A wonderful start to each Sunday.

Next week, I look forward to a leisurely Sunday morning with my beautiful family. Precious time to spend together 💛

Last night I had the honour of guiding 14 women through a practice of yoga, pranayama and reiki drum sound healing as we welcomed the new moon and prepared for the lunar month ahead.

An evening of looking inwards, of reflection, creating space and setting intentions about what it is we wish to welcome into our life or make more time for moving forwards. We spent time considering what it is that brings us feelings of safety, security, self-worth and joy and how we could create more space for these things, and what needed to be released in order to do that. We finished our evening with some breath work, a guided meditation and a reiki drum sound healing.

This event sold out really quickly! And I’m delighted to share details of the next one:
