So much gratitude for this feature in Ibiza is and will always be my forever home.
Thank you for the incredible write up of and , but mostly for telling our story so beautifully. It is such an honor for mainstream media to feature the work we do because it’s so important for us that people understand healing is not a life long journey. It has an end date. You choose that.

Thoroughly enjoying my life in Dubai. Community is the new currency and I am so blessed to have the best of friends who are like family here. Surround yourself with people who lift you, support you, comfort you, love you. The energy in people here is something I’ve never experienced in a place. Everyone wants to see you shine. Full Birthday Moon

Today, at 2:38 a.m. Bali time is the largest and most significant super moon of the year. It also falls on my birthday. The full Moon in July is called the Buck Moon because the antlers of male deer (bucks) are in full-growth mode at this time. Bucks shed and regrow their antlers each year, producing a larger and more impressive set as the years go by. I couldn’t feel more in resonance with the amount of shedding and growth that has taken place not only within me, but around everything in my life over the last year. In the last year I’ve gone through tremendous cycles of trauma, family deaths, giving birth, moving, injuries etc. I also had one of the most profound years of healing, transformation, and massive wins. The greatest lesson learned was how to LIVE amidst the restrictions and challenges in full faith and continue to TRUST THE PROCESS. Remember access to you is a privilege. Protect your energy at all costs. Heal everything. Forgive-maybe not because they deserve it but because YOU do. Get up and try again no matter how many times you fall. Celebrate every moment! Take care of yourself first. Treat your body with respect. Spend your days in love and gratitude. Become happiness. Surround yourself with beautiful people. Give as much love as possible. You were meant for greatness.

My wish and prayer today is for us to join together to rise into our Eldership, with our hearts fully expanded, letting go of the past with grace and forgiveness, march towards our vision and purpose- so we may light the way for our younger generations to thrive, to hold hands in unity and prayer creating peace and a new way that serves our pacha mamma.

Twelve years of creating and experiencing otherworldly magic with you happy anniversary doesn’t come close to describing my gratitude for you and this kind of love. Alexander & I celebrated twelve years at our retreat.

Every detail curated for retreat had the utmost love and intention towards every aspect. Most importantly it had our love behind it all.

From the exquisite grounds and staff of to the high vibrational vegan, gluten free, menu we curated together- everything was flawless. I had fresh flowers for every day, every ceremony. My musicians helped carry us to different dimensions-whether through healings or dinners. The fire was always roaring to help transfer our prayers.

In deep gratitude to everyone who made our dreams come to fruition. I love you all so much!!

Remain in prayer

Do everything with intention and rise with prayer. Pray for yourself, your loved ones, the world. Pray upon your food, your water. Put love and intention in every little thing you do. Raise the vibration of everything with the energy of pure prayer. Pray for the land you are privileged to walk on. Pray for your ancestors and the guardians of the land you take from. Ask permission from the land. Wherever you are remember the land does not belong to you. Respect the culture & religion no matter your beliefs.

The Lightforce Center Retreat

The foundation of our programs is a daily/ morning ritual in which we incorporate a tea ceremony followed by meditation. Upon rising day one of our retreat we gathered in the beautiful shala of the to gear up for a morning full of deep healings. Before we began the healings I surprised everyone with a traditional “Cha Dao” (way of tea) ceremony held by my sister

In this tea ceremony, Myrah invited us to create an alignment with tea, nature in itself. By slowing down when sitting for tea, allowing the silence of the mind and grace of the body, unify allowing the tea to creat a sense of balance and rootedness. We experienced a vastness of harmony and reverence. The Subtlety in every pour opened our hearts to receive the wisdom that is inherently ours bowl by bowl. As the tea expands beyond human physiology, allowing for self-cultivation and purification of the heart, mind and body. Were our identify and separateness washes away.

She lead the entire ceremony without uttering a word. Pure silence and so many teachings. She also created the groups threads custom for the retreat

Myrah, I am in deep gratitude to you for your commitment to healing, how you show up for our sisterhood/our family, how you continuously make my dreams come true. My wish is for everyone to experience you and your medicine. Gracias. Gracias. Gracias. I love you.
