January 1st isn’t really the New Year.
For most of human history, the year began around March 21st - the Spring Equinox✨

Why? Because it made sense.

☀️Days are bright
🐝 The earth begins to warm
🌱 Plants sprout
🐯 Animals reproduce
🪷 Life visibly begins again

Ancient cultures followed nature, not clocks. Time was cyclical. Seasonal. Alive.

So why January 1st? The Romans changed it.

Here’s a gentle reminder
We’re not meant to bloom, set huge intentions, or reinvent ourselves in the depths of winter.
January 1st is a bureaucratic reset - not a biological one.

The body, the nervous system, the earth - none of them are designed to begin anew in the darkest, coldest part of the year.
❄️ Nature is still resting
❄️ The earth is quiet
🦥Everything is asleep
Nature’s true reset happens in March.

Which is why we’re holding our Spring Retreat in Ibiza from March 21–27, 2026 🌸☀️ Because it makes sense.
