since school, where she st
udied Biology, Anatomy and Physiology and Physical Education. Michelle is fully qualified, licensed and insured for all of her therapy treatments. She is also a keen martial artist with a background of Karate and Muay Thai Boxing. These disciplines have helped her immensely with her bodywork and body mechanics. She managed two Spas, Red Frog Luxury resort and Spa and Starfleet Massage and Day Spa. Here she trained with many different therapists, offering a multitude of styles and techniques that has given her a unique edge to her work. Since her first visit to Ibiza over 10 years ago, this uplifting island has held a special place in her heart. She is grateful that she is able to share her passion through her work, in such a beautiful and inspiring place.
