Birthday reflections…

So a little secret … I woke up on Tuesday morning spinning in a story that no one would remember my birthday because I don’t have a partner to organise it.
lol

Instead I had 2 beautiful days, filled with adventures, waterfalls and dancing (my favourite things)
3 cakes, and infinite love from all over the world 🌍

Feeling very grateful & lucky to have the most amazing friends and family I’m constantly blown away by them.

Thank you everyone that sent me birthday love , It touched me so deeply ❤️✨

P.s this is a sweet reminder not to believe every story the mind tells. 👀 🤗

Walking through the portal of 2026, the Year of the Fire Horse 🔥🐎

In many traditions, the horse is a symbol of freedom, power, and forward motion but what’s often overlooked is the horse’s heart. ❤️

A horse’s heart is physically one of the largest of any land animal relative to its size.

But it’s not just physical.
Horses are also known for their deep emotional intelligence.
They co-regulate with humans, respond to subtle energy, and mirror what’s happening in our inner world. Their heart is strong, sensitive, intuitive, and connected.

So as we step into this Fire Horse year, it’s not only about speed, ambition, or charging ahead.
It’s also about leading from the heart.

🔥 Moving forward with courage
🔥 Living with passion and truth
🔥 Opening to deeper realms of love, connection, and intuition

The fire brings transformation.
The horse brings momentum.
But the heart is what gives it meaning.

Instant Nervous system regulation.

Portals to the underwater world.

Im all for it and im surrendering to all. 🌊

In Ubud i got really really wet 💦 👀

Firstly I was shown the traditional way of water purification at the Tirta Empul temple on my first day.

It then rained ALOT.

And of course I chased waterfalls.

I somehow stumbled onto two other holy places of devotion and cleansing on my explorations l.

Each place I went to, including the main temple I was alone in the fountains to pray and seek permission for the purification.
Something I later learnt was exceptionally rare. 😇

The Balinese believe in three main Hindu gods:
Brahma the creator (fire)
Vishnu the preserver (water)
Shiva the destroyer (air)

My friend told me that Balinese people believe we can live through these three elements.

I asked, “But what about Earth?” 🌏
He replied, “If we didn’t have the Earth, we’d live in the water.” 💧

Fair play.

And just like that, I saw how tradition, belief, and nature are woven into everything here especially the water, which is not just purifying but a living part of their culture and through devotion a way of becoming better.

I was truly humbled, brought to my knees in awe over and over again.
Just the way I like it 🤍

Below is text I wrote to a client in response to her integration after our session and what her body was processing… ⬇️

‘So yes it’s not really a chi nei tsang session, I mean it is but I’m using energy work and intuitive touch, so it’s more like a healing session- using the portal of the abdomen and organs to access our blockages and deep somatic release’

In Chi Nei Tsang through long firm holds and focused touch, we can release stagnant energy, ease tension, and invite your organs to breathe again.

This is a space where your body remembers how to heal itself.

Where you can come back to peace and ease.
Freedom in the body is where it starts.
Freedom from the mind is the goal.

Your gut remembers everything, are you willing to let it go?
