Not just a winter escape.
A homecoming.

**The 5 reasons why I love to live in Goa in winter:**

1. The sea – my outdoor temple for workouts, meditation, and rebirth.
2. India – where my soul felt at home since 1995, and meditation found me in 1999.
3. Teaching massage & healing courses to those walking the same path I walked in the 90s.
4. Arambol brings my worldwide family together – including my parents, who now join for spicy dinners by the sea.
5. Music & ecstatic dance – because healing can also be fun.
