comencé a practicar Yoga y meditación desde muy joven. El Yoga que imparto es Hatha yoga y Kundalini Yoga. Me apasiona tambien el Qigong y el trabajo de energía... Poder adaptarme a las diferentes situaciones y personas. Guío meditaciones de sonido con instrumentos musicales de gran vibración ( cuencos tibetanos, hang drum, tambores, etc..) con una combinación muy personal de respiración, yoga Qigong, aromaterapia...

También me apasiona el mundo de los aromas. Doy masajes de Aromaterapia Arcoíris, que consta básicamente de compuestos de aceites esenciales y cristales combinados para la alineación de cada chakra. ENGLISH VERSION

We gather on this portal day when life awakens and the seed begins to bloom.
A moment to rebalance and renew, blossoming within polarity:
inner and outer, rest and action.

🌱 With ceremonial cacao, we connect directly to the heart and set our intentions.

🔥 Through the fire, gathered around a bonfire, we release and burn what has already completed its cycle, creating space for the new.

Afterwards, we move into a cozy indoor space for a sound meditation, entering the alpha state, where the mind relaxes and intentions can be planted to manifest.

Equilibrar y renacer, florecer en la polaridad: interior y exterior, descanso y acción.

🌱 Con el Cacao directos al corazón-intencion.

🔥 Con el fuego, en una hoguera, soltamos y quemamos lo viejo que ya cumplió su ciclo, dejando espacio para lo nuevo.

Después volvemos a un cómodo espacio cerrado, para la meditación de sonido, entrando en estado alfa: ahí donde la mente se relaja y la intención se siembra para manifestarse.

Esta sesión abre un espacio para realinear los Tres Tesoros:
el cuerpo físico, el emocional y el mental.
Cuando estas tres dimensiones se mueven en coherencia, la energía fluye de forma natural y recuperamos claridad, estabilidad y fuerza interior.

Comenzamos con Qigong: movimientos lentos y conscientes para despertar y equilibrar el cuerpo físico, regular el campo emocional y aquietar la mente.
Le sigue una meditación guiada con sonido diseñada para sincronizar e integrar estas tres capas de nuestro ser a través de la vibración y la escucha profunda.

As the year comes to a close, we gather to honor the body and the energy that has carried us through this cycle.

We begin with Qigong: gentle, deep movements to awaken vitality, soften the body, and create inner space.

This is followed by a sound-guided meditation, leading us into silence, presence, and renewal. Gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, hangdrum, voice, shamanic drum, guitar, flutes…

A moment to give thanks, release what no longer serves, and prepare for a new opening.
