CIRCULAR RHYTHMS:
A playful journey of music, energy and vibration.

Join Louki and Elena on Saturday morning for a unique experience that blends music, movement, energy, breath, sound, and meditation!

Through the practice of Qigong, we will awaken our connection to the body’s energy, tuning into the sounds of each organ and with our *breath* with the vital life force.

Circular Music will guide us on a flowing journey, where sound and rhythm continuously evolve, creating a great playful space that invites us to release, expand, and connect with our inner collective rhythm.

We will activate our voices, followed by a sound meditation to integrate and deepen the experience with Gongs, hang drum and quartz crystal singing bowls.

The journey culminates sharing a nice meal, included in the price, in the magic surroundings of O’Inni Garden, connecting with nature and each other!
