One thing we always talk about on our retreats is the opportunity to take a moment at the beginning of the retreat week, or during the week, to set an intention, an objective, a goal for your week and your life when you go home. We talk about taking steps toward that goal. Learning how each tiny task we complete, on a daily basis, will get us closer to that objective.
When it comes to your long term health, those tiny tasks (exercises), when done every day, will accumulate to provide you wonderful physical pain-free health.
