A lot of stuff came up yesterday during a “deep dive into intuition” that I was invited to lead.
One of them was FEAR.
What to do about it? When the fearful thoughts come, when we feel disconnected from our own essence, what is the process that will help us the most?

The answer I gave was this - do not FEAR THE FEAR. Accept it, invite it in as a being, a friend. Realize it has its purpose. Ask it “What are you here to show me?”…

There are two polarities that keep us moving ☯️, LOVE & FEAR.
Both have their purpose.
For instance, the fear of death makes us realize that we have a strong desire to LIVE, that this lifetime is something that we’re not ready to let go of just yet.
The fear of failure tells us that THE PATH THAT OUR SOUL WANTS US TO TAKE IS SUCCESS!! 💛 And so on…

I mean, of course it is hard. Uncomfortable. Of course we want to “escape” these negative feelings and thoughts, but sooner or later we will realize that there’s no escaping them. That the wiser thing to do is to WORK WITH THEM.
Acceptance is key.

Kundalini…
My journey through different yoga styles, classes and teachers has been interesting and varied. Like for all teachers, I suppose.

First, I’ve been attracted to Iyengar Yoga Institut Praha classes in Prague, because unlike the “ordinary ones” I’ve experienced before, these were different.
I loved the way we “Ohmed” at the beginning and end of each class.
Loved how STEADY we had to be while holding poses, loved how achey my body was after each class.
Loved the instructors, their devotion. Loved the studio, in Vodickova street, the frost desk, wanted to work there at some point.

Then I’ve traveled.
Experienced Yin. Also Bikram. Various classes of Hatha. Kundalini.

After coming back to the Czech republic, I’ve attended one particular class held by Zarah Kumara at the Healing Festival .
The intensity, the teacher’s energy and encouragement, the music… everything clicked.
The intensity of the kryias was INSANE. Reminded me of giving birth to my daughter. I cried. Screamed. We all did.

It was then when I’ve decided that I wanted to DIVE DEEP into this particular style.
Took the teacher training. Finished it.
Some of it resonated, most of it didn’t.
The blind following of what “one dude has said”. The distance from one’s own guidance and intuition.
Didn’t do the homework. Tried, but it just didn’t feel right.
Was impressed by the others in the training who have done it all. Wow.

Now I have my own style. Crafted from everything that resonated. Michael Baker in California. Prenatal yoga course with Petra and Nela in Prague. The Light Alchemy I encountered there and that has evolved over the years.
The music and dancing that was my favorite part of the teacher training.
My own, intuitive bits.

Called it Chakra yoga first, because it was so close to kundalini.
After some time, the name came to me itself.
Light Alchemy Yoga.
Emerged from my own personal practice and guidance, felt like it wanted to be called that way.
And so it is.
And I love it.

Practice it on my own, with others, it is always different. Always intuitively guided. Always PURE. Always magical, I feel.

Can’t wait to share it with you, too 🙏🤍☺️

So excited to be offering Light Alchemy Yoga Dance at the Garden Retreat, where I’ve connected with Deborah on such a deep, soul level 🥰 It felt as if we’ve been waiting to meet each other for ages, and I’m sure our souls have know each other for some time 😁☺️🙏

We will celebrate the New Moon together on February 28, and I am so honored and excited to offer yoga, intuitive dance and sound healing in her beautiful tent 💛

I’ve been thinking about the Sun and her energy a lot in the past few days. I’ve read about her in the book called P***y - a reclamation. It talked about how the Sun can see how everything around her radiates and shines, unaware of the fact that it is her own light.
And yesterday, at the last in-person Light Alchemy Yoga class of the year in the Czech Republic, a card was left on the altar after I’ve put all the other ones back in the box. “Golden children”. I’ve looked up the meaning of it this morning, and guess what. It talks about CHILDREN OF THE SUN! 🌞
Only a short while after the Sun herself took me out for a walk at sunrise, showing off all of her glory, shining bright RED before turning into GOLD. It was so pretty ❤️

Něco končí, něco nového začíná…
Dnes se potkáme v Chomutově, v prostoru nesoucím název Druhé Patro, a to v 17:30 hodin na akci zvané SETKÁNÍ HOJNOSTI, neboli Abundance Gathering 💛
Co to znamená?
Vše se ponese v čisté vibraci DAROVÁNÍ a DOSTATKU. Každý přinese dar. Ať už bude finanční (ten jednoduše darujete na konci setkání, a to ve výši, z jaké budete mít dobrý pocit 🧡), nebo budete chtít přispět jinak, důležité je MÍT Z TOHO DOBRÝ POCIT. Jako ostatně u všeho, co v životě děláme ☺️💛.
Mým darem bude cca 40 minut Light Alchemy Yoga s křišťálovými mísami, poté bude následovat povídání, drobné občerstvení a sdílení darů. Celé setkání potrvá asi 90 minut, nepřesáhne 2 hodiny.

SETKÁNÍ HOJNOSTI je setkání, které je založené na vibracích HOJNOSTI a PROSPERITY. Základními principy jsou zde UPŘÍMNOST, ČISTOTA ZÁMĚRU a DAROVÁNÍ ✨

Každý/á z nás přináší to, co intuitivně vnímá, že přinést má. Ať už je to vaše prostá přítomnost a VIBRACE, SLUŽBA - tedy nemateriální dar, který chce s ostatními sdílet, dobré JÍDLO či PITÍ, nebo se jedná o DAR FINANČNÍ, důležité je jediné - čistota záměru DAROVAT BEZ OČEKÁVÁNÍ 💛

Vzájemný RESPEKT, ÚCTA a POSPOLITOST jsou hlavními pilíři tohoto setkání, kde jsme si (tak, jako v životě) všichni rovni 🙏

Hlavním záměrem tohoto setkání je přispět k OBECNÉ VIBRACI HOJNOSTI naší úžasné planety a jejích obyvatel.

“LAY” je kombinací meditačních a dechových technik, hudby, různých jógových technik a stylů, intuitivního pohybu, kvantového fyziky a léčení zvukem/zvukovou lázní.

Provedu vás cestou, jejímž hlavním záměrem bude ztišení mysli a propojení se svým dechem, tělem, a dokonalou intuicí, která v něm sídlí. Na jejím konci vás čeká uvolňující relaxace s léčivými zvuky křišťálových mís, která toto propojení ještě prohloubí 🙏
