✨ Makko-Ho, The Stretching Method of Masunaka Sh*tsuji Sensei ✨

Makko-Ho was developed by Masunaka Sh*tsuji Sensei, a master and practitioner of Zen Shiatsu. Combining his deep knowledge of Shiatsu and traditional martial arts, he created a system that harmonizes the body, mind, and energy (Ki).

Through years of practice, Masunaka discovered that specific stretches and movements could open energy pathways (meridians) and allow Ki to flow freely. He designed a series of five poses per element, based on the classical Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water):

The Meridians stretches per element:

🌿 Wood – Liver (LV) & Gallbladder (GB)

🔥 Fire – Heart (HT), Pericardium / Heart Protector
(PC), Small Intestine (SI), Triple Burner (TB)

🌱 Earth – Spleen (SP) & Stomach (ST)

⛰️ Metal – Lung (LU) & Large Intestine (LI)

💧 Water – Kidney (KI) & Bladder (BL)

Today we had a wonderful treatment. A Shiastu practitioner and another Shiastu practitioner were present. I felt nervous and wanted to do well. But intuition and energy took over and the flow arrived 🫶🙏

The cats always offer extra help where needed. This animal is sensitive, knowing how to sense the right energy and offer help and guidance where needed.

What a sweet woman, strong, vulnerable at the same time. Someone who is truly aware, accepts setbacks as challenges, and continues to walk her own path despite them. You are a very powerful woman and person!
