Sangha Yoga Retreat is back in Goa for April 2023!

Come and experience the beautiful motherland of Yoga and Ayurveda in the superb private cottage houses overlooking the rice field and offering an outdoor pool.

During a week, you will experience a daily yoga practices with Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. With Dr Renuka, expert in Ayurveda you will learn what Ayurveda is about and how to apply it in your lifestyle to restore balance. Always feeling very emotional at the end of my yoga retreat ...Especially my first one in India. I have no words to describe this magical experience with beautiful goddesses.
