After all those years of healing & transformation
Of diving into the depths of my being
There is still so much to unravel
Every day
old and new friends of my psyche
Emerging to be felt, seen and experienced
Some patterns to be regurgitated
over and over again
As they long to be loved with greater innocence and tenderness.

The journey of life holds no quick fixes
It is not a course with a certification
Nor a race
It is humble unfolding
Where we learn to surrender
To the magnitude of change
To the grand mystery of endless surprises
As a way to attune
to the divine timing of our spirit
As we manifest our spark into physical form
