It was homemade curry night last night at Casa Denvir ๐ŸŒŸ

Shop brought curry sauces can be loaded with salt, sugar and saturated fat ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Sharing Mr Dโ€™s super easy homemade, curry sauce which you can add chicken, prawns, veggies or anything you fancy ๐Ÿงก

๐ŸŒŸ Ingredients:
Onions
Carrots
Green peppers
Garlic
Fresh Ginger
Pint Vegetable stock
Tomatoes fresh or tinned
1 tsp Garamarsala Powder
1 tsp Tandoori Marsala Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Basic Curry Powder
Fresh Coriander or powder
Fresh Chillies or powder
Cumin
Little Olive oil
Coconut milk optional

๐ŸŒŸ Method:

Sautรฉ onions, carrots, peppers, garlic and ginger in a little olive oil.

Add all the other ingredients with the veg stock and simmer for an hour.

Pour in blender and blitz till smooth.

Add coconut milk to taste, blitz again.

Viola โœ…

You can change the measurements depending on how much you wish to make or how spicy you want it ๐ŸŒถ

Mr D makes up a big batch in 1 go and puts it in jars to freeze ๐Ÿ‘

Annette doesnโ€™t mind me sharing that she is 84 years young and joins me for Dance Fit and Pilates ๐ŸŒˆ

She regularly walks, ice skates - photo was on her 84th birthday ๐ŸŽ‰ started kayaking at 67 and stand up padel boarding at 72 ๐Ÿ’š

She didn't do any exercise classes until she retired at 60 ๐ŸŒŸ

Annetteโ€™s attitude to movement and her age is to keep doing what you enjoy and trying new activities ๐Ÿฉท

Never say 'I couldn't do that at my age' ๐Ÿ‘Š

Your never too old to start or try something new โœจโค๏ธ

Itโ€™s just too super windy & will be counterproductive, with the wind gusts coming off the Mar I could just about walk Tilly ๐Ÿคช
