Hey good morning 🙋‍♀️

It was homemade curry night last night at Casa Denvir 🌟

Shop brought curry sauces can be loaded with salt, sugar and saturated fat 😳

Sharing Mr D’s super easy homemade, curry sauce which you can add chicken, prawns, veggies or anything you fancy 🧡

🌟 Ingredients:
Onions
Carrots
Green peppers
Garlic
Fresh Ginger
Pint Vegetable stock
Tomatoes fresh or tinned
1 tsp Garamarsala Powder
1 tsp Tandoori Marsala Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Basic Curry Powder
Fresh Coriander or powder
Fresh Chillies or powder
Cumin
Little Olive oil
Coconut milk optional

🌟 Method:

Sauté onions, carrots, peppers, garlic and ginger in a little olive oil.

Add all the other ingredients with the veg stock and simmer for an hour.

Pour in blender and blitz till smooth.

Add coconut milk to taste, blitz again.

Viola ✅

You can change the measurements depending on how much you wish to make or how spicy you want it 🌶

Mr D makes up a big batch in 1 go and puts it in jars to freeze 👍

Say hola to the amazing Annette 🙋‍♀️

Annette doesn’t mind me sharing that she is 84 years young and joins me for Dance Fit and Pilates 🌈

She regularly walks, ice skates - photo was on her 84th birthday 🎉 started kayaking at 67 and stand up padel boarding at 72 💚

She didn't do any exercise classes until she retired at 60 🌟

Annette’s attitude to movement and her age is to keep doing what you enjoy and trying new activities 🩷

Never say 'I couldn't do that at my age' 👊

Your never too old to start or try something new ✨❤️

However much I would love to get you moving n a grooving this morning it’s a no go for Keep Fit 👎

It’s just too super windy & will be counterproductive, with the wind gusts coming off the Mar I could just about walk Tilly 🤪

May you take this time to pop some music on & shake your shizzle or roll your mat out & stretch your body or simply be with a book & cup of tea.
