If i can’t control, or do anything about it, why do I even bother ?
One of the most difficult and important lessons in life to learn…
But such an “aha” moment when i realise it.

This flow was my long time favourite sequence, to give my body break after hours at the desk.

It just gives you ( and particularly your back!) everything you need- twist, spinal movement, back lengthening and opening.

Whole sequence can take less time, but i always round it up to 20 min with savasana, allowing my nudy to integrate.

This is how I release suppressed or any emotions.
In one of the most effective ways.
Since I’m probably 5 years old.
Emotions, they don’t disappear.
They get stuck in different places.
In your throat( story of my whole life), your chest, your belly, maybe somewhere else, you name it.
So the shift goes:
When you dare to use your voice as tool for release.
It moves what’s been frozen and forgotten It softens and allows to flow.
What voice expression can unlock:
✨ Releases suppressed emotions safely
✨ Clears tension from the throat & chest
✨ Regulates your nervous system
✨ Helps you feel seen, heard & expressed
✨ Brings you back into authenticity and flow
Your voice is medicine.
The more you use it, the more you return to yourself.

Burnout isn’t about doing too much. It’s about being in survival mode for too long.
It’s when your body sends you subtle signals… and you respond with, “I’ll just push through.”
I used to think burnout meant I was simply overworking.
But I’ve had busy seasons that felt energised, exciting, and full of passion.
And then there were seasons that felt completely draining—where work became a punishment.
So what made the difference?
My nervous system and energetic state. (Of course, many factors can play a role, but this was mine.)
Burnout happens when your body never fully exits that work related stress
Even if you like and you're good at your job, this load still comes at a cost.
And the cost is emotional mental, and in extreme cases-physical exhaustion
You might be “resting,” but your system is still bracing.
I remember, during busy work period, I would be so "wired" I remind myself to soften my forehead every minute during meditation!
That’s when it clicked—this constant, subtle tension was quietly draining my clarity, creativity, motivation, and emotional capacity.
Burnout isn’t just about workload.
It’s about the lack of true regulation, while navigating intense work time
The good news?
We can change that.
We just need to create space for it 💫

Sometimes digestion feels a little slow.
Maybe you experience heaviness after meals, low energy, or that feeling of being slightly “stuck” in the body.

In yogic philosophy, we observe concept of the fire, also as Agni — the digestive fire.
Longevity dekpens on Agni

Agni is responsible not only for digesting food, but also for processing experiences, emotions and life energy. This is why longevity depends on Agni.

When you twist the torso:
One side of the abdomen compresses the stomach, liver, pancreas, and intestines

First 5 minutes — move the body
We’d start with a dynamic version of Sun Salutations.
Burning worries out of the body
Why? Movement gives the mind something physical to focus on, helping slow down the mental overthinking.

Next 5 minutes — regulate the breath
Then I’d sit you on a cushion and ask you to simply notice your breath.
We’d begin with slow belly breathing, allowing the diaphragm to expand and the body to receive the signal that it’s safe to soften.
After that, we’d add gentle humming and long vocal exhalations.
The vibration of the voice stimulates the vagus nerve, which helps discharge stress and signals the nervous system to shift toward a calmer, more regulated state.

Final 5 minutes — integrate
I’d invite you to lie down.
This is where the nervous system can truly absorb and resonate
You’d rest while being immersed in healing frequencies and sound, allowing the body to move to a state where recovery, repair and true relaxation happen.

Think of this as an emergency kit practice — something that can help you reset in the moment.
Real, lasting release comes from having the right tools and knowing how to use them consistently over time so your body gradually learns a new baseline of calm and resilience.
