YOGA MEANS "UNITE"
It is usually a consequence of our need to protect us from harm that we may have disconnected from sensing our intimate connection with Mother Earth, with our parents or family, with others around us. This affects us deeply, feeling uneasy, restless, worried, unsafe. We may need to use many distractions to avoid feeling the discomfort and painful sensations in our nervous system, and slowly becoming numb.
Through the practice of Kriya Yoga and Meditation we work with ourselves and open OUR DEEP CONNECTIONS TO LOVE:
- We work with the body to unfreeze our nervous system that became frozen and numb due to fear in the past
- We explore our deepest sensations in the body to release past emotions and rebalance our energy and mind
- We reconnect with our inner most feelings of love to embrace ourselves and others, and heal deeply
