Think your posture is fine? Most people get this wrong.
Posture isn’t just about sitting up straight, it’s about how you hold your body throughout the day.
Some of the most common mistakes I see:
• Looking down at your phone for long periods
• Sitting at a computer without support
• Slouching into the sofa or chair
• Letting your shoulders round forward
• Staying in the same position for too long
These habits place constant strain on your neck, shoulders and back, often leading to tightness, discomfort and reduced movement over time.
Making small changes, like adjusting your screen height, taking regular breaks and being more aware of how you sit and stand, can make a big difference.
