We are back tomorrow at 10:30am for our 12+ session!

We have the amazing holding tomorrows session at which is where 3 of our pawfect pups call home so we are super excited to be there this week 🙏

We will also be bringing exciting packages to our classes for September including:

Train and Play tickets at where you can put your children in snuggle pups for 1 hour and train next door in the gym - child free 🥳

Gym and Spa pass tickets for the complex!

We know how tough it is here in Marbella managing your fitness routine when having young children so we want to be here to help 🧘‍♀️

“Snuggle Pups x Yoga Bears” is back NEXT SUNDAY here at Paraiso and tickets are already running now!

We will be back holding sessions at .yoga in winter 🙏

What a class this morning with .uk at .yoga 💪

We practise safe animal handling, self love, channelling our yoga techniques as well as getting teddy bear AND puppy snuggles 🐾

We will be releasing our next date very soon and we still have some availability for 12+ session next weekend 🧘‍♀️

PAWFECT WAY TO SOCIALISE 🧘‍♀️

Whether you have a dog/puppy you want to socialise, love dogs or simply want to do something different our sessions are Pawfect way to get your body flowing, endorphins popping and make some new friends along the way.

We welcome all small breeds, puppies that our fully vaccinated at our sessions, we limit 6 dogs per class for health and safety reasons and we have 2 trained dog handlers in every class.

Our next session is Next Sunday 10:30am at .yoga and we can’t wait to welcome you.

We have our team on hand daily monitoring any questions and queries so please don’t hesitate to DM us with anything you would like to know.

Also would love to take the opportunity to everyone who has helped Paws and Breathe to evolve in Marbella and given us such a magical start.

The insanely talented and lovable 🧘‍♀️

We feel so honoured and lucky to join forces with not only but .uk - our visions and plans for the future are beyond exciting and with a passion for well being, movement and mental health and animals together we hope to bring the most amazing classes and events.

If you have ever been lucky enough to attend .uk session and any of Estelle’s classes - you will know just how talented and amazing their movement in the industry is.

We want to share our love ready for our first sessions tomorrow with Estelle at .yoga where we will unwind, refocus and snuggle lots of adorable pups!

We hope to create a community for you all to socialise, unwind and meet other dog owners too!

We also want to take the opportunity to thank for her insane work on our other classes and you will be seeing her again very soon! Dani is also now teaching at .yoga so be sure to catch her amazing classes there.

We have strict guidelines in place to ensure welfare of the dogs are kept a priority, there will be waiver forms to fill out prior to attending but we are so happy to announce our regular bring your dog spots at our sessions 🙏

✨ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ✨

We take pride in ensuring welfare of puppies is maintained throughout and making sure all guidelines are followed.

We work closely with rescues, our animal welfare officer and the community to get the most and best out of our sessions for both attendees and dogs.

We have had a lot of questions about “can I bring my puppy?” The answer is YES, please DM us prior to booking your ticket so we can run through our policies and ensure the health status/vaccinations of your puppy are up to date with our guidelines for sessions.

We will also be holding a events purely for pom mom community in august so please keep an eye on our stories!

We can’t wait to see you all again on August the 6th!
