I was first introduced to Iyengar which I loved. Then I met my beautiful friend & awesome Yoga teacher called Mine who is Turkish, she then introduced me to other yoga styles, pranayama, & meditation. She inspired me to take the TTC which I did here in Spain, then followed that up with an intensive Yin course. Yin to me feels just perfect, I can only describe it as "coming home" its just so right

for me. Im very passionate about it. I trained in the Classical Hatha style which I also love, so sometimes I mix the 2 styles which works well. After all we do live in a Yin/yang world...
