🍪 Ok ladies, so How Many of Us Eat Without Really Thinking About It?
Be honest — when was the last time you reached for a snack even though you weren’t hungry? Maybe after dinner, you sat down to watch TV and suddenly wanted biscuits, chocolate, or crisps… sound familiar? 😅
Often, it’s not hunger — it’s boredom or our minds trying to unwind after a long, busy day. When we finally stop, our thoughts wander… straight to the snack cupboard!
So what can we do instead?
💃 Go for a walk or move your body — fresh air can do wonders.
🎧 Put on your favourite music or an audiobook.
🎨 Find a hobby that keeps your mind and hands busy — knitting, gardening, puzzles, or crafting.
Personally, I like cross-stitch and reading— they help me relax and keep me focused 💕
