My friendly, welcoming and accessible yoga classes continue this year. At this time of year, my classes are online. They are perfect for all ages, but my group is mainly 50+. We join together to feel well in body, mind and breath. Joining online means there is no need to travel anywhere and park. Yes, you can do it in pajamas! Yes, you can turn your camera off! Yes, you can join when you feel like it! Yes, you will be able to do it and no you don’t need to be flexible! Yes, I can record a class, so you can do it in your own time.
My classes are usually on Wednesday at 6.30pm to 7.30pm and Sunday at 10am to 11am (Spanish time). The price is 8€ for a drop in class; or pay 70€ for 10 classes. The first class is free, as is your birthday week class.
I also offer 1:1 classes upon request.
