Equinox Walks Leading guided mindful walks throughout Kent, celebrating the seasons, equinoxes and solstices.

Just returned from some time away in the mountains near walking, reflecting, and soaking in the views alongside wild sheep and rare birds.

Being in landscapes like this always reminds me how important it is to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature.

It’s the same spirit I hope to share on the Spring Equinox Walk on March 20th in Godmersham — a chance to pause, reflect, and welcome the turning of the season together 🌿

Looking forward to walking with some of you there. A few spaces are still available if you’d like to join us:

Only a few places remain for the Spring Equinox Walk 🌱

Thank you to everyone who has already booked — really looking forward to gathering together in this beautiful landscape.

One of the views we’ll experience is across the Stour Valley, a perfect place to pause, reflect, and welcome the turning of the season.

If you’d like to join us, there are still a few spaces available:

Out on the trails yesterday with WalkWild Wellbeing , exploring sections of the Stour Valley Way and North Downs Way — taking in wide valley views, a flowing river, and the first quiet signs of spring emerging (including these beautiful snowdrops 🤍).

A gentle day of walking, noticing, and refining the route ahead of our Spring Equinox gathering on 20 March. Rolling fields, big skies, and the peacefulness of the Godmersham Park estate — places to slow down, breathe, and mark the seasonal shift together.

Looking forward to sharing this landscape with you soon. Details and booking will be released shortly.

I recently did a recce run around the Godmersham and Chilham area, exploring the land ahead of our next Equinox walk.

Rivers, winter trees, open fields and a low sun — places to walk steadily, pause, and notice the season beginning to shift.

Details of our next Equinox walk in March will be announced soon 🌱

A huge thank you to everyone who joined today’s Winter Solstice walk across the Wye and Crundale Downs 🌄

Peaceful surroundings, good company, and plenty of mud (and puddles) — a true winter walk.

Thank you to Michael WalkWild Wellbeing for your support along the way, and for capturing this moment for capturing this moment so beautifully📸

Wishing you all a peaceful winter ahead, and I look forward to walking with you again very soon.
