On Tuesday we said goodbye to the November Prenatal Course! 👋🏻 ❄️

This was our first course with twins! 👶🏼👶🏼

We had parents-to-be from the Ireland 🇮🇪 Hungry 🇭🇺 Spain 🇪🇸 the UK 🇬🇧 Estonia 🇪🇪 Sweden 🇸🇪 and Holland 🇳🇱
A super international crowd!

They learnt lots about birth options in Spain, hospital processes 🏥 burocratic processes 📝 support in postpartum ❤️ and how to look after a teeny tiny newborn (or two!) 👶🏻

We wish them well for all the exciting changes they will now be better prepared for when babies come in 2026! 🐣
