collection of anamnesis, initial examination, determination of the pulse, which may indicate a pathology of the heart;
non-invasive research methods: ECG, daily monitoring (Holter);
endoEFI, CHPEFI;
Ultrasound of the heart;
load tests.
An ECG records heartbeats and heart rate for several minutes. The technique allows to detect permanent arrhythmia. With a rhythm that has a paroxysmal character, daily (Holter) monitoring is required.

Invasive diagnostic techniques make it possible to artificially provoke a heart rhythm disorder with the subsequent determination of the mechanism of occurrence. With endoEPI, special catheters are brought to the heart, which record an intracardiac cardiogram.

The tilt test allows you to artificially create conditions that can provoke a violation of the conduction of the heart. The patient is placed on a special table, heart rate, blood pressure are measured and monitored throughout the procedure. The title table is placed at an angle of 70 degrees for about 45 minutes, then returned to a horizontal position. Thus, the cause of the development of a violation of the conduction of the heart is determined.

Ultrasound of the heart allows you to identify organic causes of the development of pathology.
